Kick things off with our special intro package: 3 classes for just €15 each! At ROW, we believe Pilates is for everyone—no matter where you're starting from. Our space is welcoming, non-judgmental, and built to make you feel empowered from day one. Before jumping into our All Levels classes, you'll need to take at least one beginner class. Think of it as your foundation—we'll cover the basics so you can confidently join any class on the schedule. Our beginner classes run 55 minutes. That extra 5 minutes? It's dedicated to making sure you get the reformer insights you need and can set up the machine for your body type. We offer beginner classes at both locations (almost) every day of the week. Ready to feel stronger and revitalized? We've got you.

Whether you're brand new or already familiar with Pilates, our instructors tailor movements to individual abilities, offering options to modify resistance levels or alternative movements as needed.As a newcomer, we encourage you to take things at your own pace. Enjoy the process, build confidence and strength with each session, and just jump in—no prior experience necessary. Ready for an exhilarating workout? Ready, set, GO!
We welcome individuals of all fitness levels, ages, genders, sexual orientations, and races. Leave any judgment at the door (including self-judgment), knowing we were all beginners once, and each day is unique.
To ensure a smooth start, please arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before class begins. While we encourage you to share your experience on social media, we kindly ask that cellphones remain stowed during class. Maintaining a focused, stress-free environment is key to your workout. Please avoid engaging in conversations with others during class, but feel free to sing along, release energy with enthusiasm, and most importantly—just breathe!
At ROW, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your fitness routine. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a "late cancellation" penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows will be deducted from your class credit, so prompt communication is essential.
For our monthly members, we offer exclusive benefits. Within a rolling 31-day period, the first two late cancellations are free of charge. However, starting with the third late cancellation, a €5 fee will be applied to your account. Additionally, any no-shows will automatically incur a €10 charge from the first occurrence.
Please note that all cancellations must be made through our website. We do not accept cancellations via phone or email. Thank you for your understanding!
We've got three levels of Reformer classes designed to meet you wherever you are: Beginner, All Levels, and Intermediate. This setup guarantees you're always challenged, with safety as our top priority. Follow our class guidelines and get ready for a workout that's not just transformative—it's empowering.New to Pilates? Start strong with our Beginner classes. At 55 minutes (5 minutes longer than our regular 50-minute classes), you'll get a proper intro to the Reformer and make sure your machine is set up perfectly for you.Ready to level up? Once you've completed at least 5 hours of Beginner classes, you're ready for All Levels — delivering an intense burn that'll leave you feeling unstoppable.Intermediate? You've been ROW'ing with us for at least 20 classes. Let's get ready to play!
During our opening hours, all ROW members have access to the mat room (Kleindokstudio), where you can use our yoga and Pilates equipment. At our Maaltebrugge studio, this becomes the Move Free room — same idea, same freedom to move at your convenience. Feel free to enjoy the full ROW experience.
